Director's Message

HITSS Sumber Daya Nusantara Konsultan was established, because the founders believe that in order for businesses in Indonesia to be able to compete and succeed in the global market, they would have to develop and leverage their human resources.

With our extensive experience, as leaders and practitioners of human resources management, office administration and commercial services in reputable organizations, we felt the desire to share our experience as we believe organizations can benefit from them.

We are committed to fulfill our clients’ needs, in our area of expertise, to support the achievement of their business strategy and we do this with passion and wholeheartedly as we strongly believe that people drive the business and satisfied customers can sustain the business.

We also recognized that organizations may have the need to focus their energy and resources in their area of expertise such as focusing on core business and strategy development and management. However, they would still be required to manage their non core business and strategy execution. This is where we come into the picture by assisting organizations in handling their supporting activities that are essential for continued business operations. In today’s business environment where efficiency and achievement of objectives are essential to survive in the competitions, outsourcing some of the business activities is one of the solutions.

Known as Facilitator and HR Consultant , with experience over 20 years as Senior HR Practitioner with multinational companies. She was Chairman of HRIC (Human Resources Indonesian Club) in 2002 and a Certified Compensation Professional from American Compensation Association in 1994.

Senior Consultant / Recruiter Executive

Senior Consultant, Former Managing Director and Founder of advertising firm. Lecturer at London School of Public Relations. Public Speaker and Trainer. Graduated from Long Island University, USA with Master of Arts degree in Psychology. Experienced in Public Relations, Corporate Communications and Advertising. Certified Harrison Assessor.

Bambang Priyono
Senior Consultant / Recruiter Executive

A seasoned HP Practitioner with more than 20 years experience in oil and gas multinational companies holding senior HR positions. Master’s degree in Applied Psychology (UI) in Human Resource Major, Certified Compensation Professional (CCP-ACA) and Certified Benefits Advisor (Mobil Corp – USA). Primary Expertise : Remuneration, Recruitment, Training, HR System and HR Policies.

Farida J. Bahar
Client Service Manager

Prior to her engagement with us, she was the Payroll & Administration Manager of Deutsche Bank, Jakarta. With

over 15 years experience in the HR Division of Deutsche Bank includes outsourcing, recruitment & selection, industrial relations and payroll administration. She is currently handling our HR Outsourcing Services for Jakarta and outside Jakarta areas.
